WXRQ is a set of television and radio channels that broadcast historical material, including films, cartoons, government footage, readings, and recorded music, on a continuous schedule. The schedule can change and a channel can go off the air at any time. We do not promise that the service will always be available.

• Most of what airs on WXRQ is historical material that is in the public domain or was produced by government agencies. Original programs, voices, artwork, and the WXRQ name belong to us.
• Historical material shows its time. Some films, cartoons, and recordings contain language, images, and attitudes that are offensive today. We present them as they were made.
• Informational and instructional films can be out of date. Do not rely on them for safety, medical, legal, or technical decisions.

You may watch and listen for your own personal use. You may not:

• record or rebroadcast the streams;
• copy or link the streams into other sites or apps;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or flood the site;
• interfere with the service or with anyone else's use of it.

If you email the station, do not send anything unlawful or abusive. We may reply, but we do not have to.

WXRQ relies on services from others, including our hosting provider and content delivery network. Their terms and privacy policies apply to what they do.

WXRQ is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, WXRQ and the people who run it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that results from using, or being unable to use, the site.

We may change these terms and will update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access at any time.
